Orders and Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, which includes order verification, quality control, and preparation for shipping.

Delivery Time

United States: The estimated delivery time for orders within the U.S. ranges from 7 to 14 business days after order processing, depending on the customer’s location and the efficiency of the postal service.

Possible Delays: Due to the nature of our shipping model, delays beyond the estimated delivery time may occur, especially during peak periods or holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Tracking Information

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update in the postal system.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Address Correction: Please ensure all shipping information is correct when placing your order. Beellas is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

No Changes After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address or the contents of the order cannot be altered.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Responsibility After Delivery: Beellas is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. In case of issues, we recommend contacting your local postal service or the designated carrier for assistance.

Delivery Investigation: If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier to initiate an investigation with the provided tracking number.

Damaged or Missing Products

Claims: If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. Send clear photos of the damaged item or packaging along with a description of the issue.

Resolution: Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for damaged or missing items.

Out of Stock Items

Out of Stock: In the event an item is out of stock, we will notify the customer as soon as possible. You may choose to wait for restocking, receive store credit, or request a refund.

Taxes and Duties

Local Taxes: Any applicable taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with the local laws of the destination region.

Other Considerations

Multiple Package Delivery: Depending on availability and the volume of your purchase, your items may be shipped in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.
